This is a six week Challenge starting Jan.8, 2013. It will endFeb. 12, 2012. We will weigh in every Monday to see our progress. This challenge will be divided into two groups(Women/Men) because it won’t be fair competing together knowing that men can drop their weight a lot easier/faster than women. Therefore, 1 woman and 1 man who loses/gain ( for the few trying to gain) the most takes home a cash prize. I STRONGLY suggest that everyone lose or gain weight the healthy way. Remember that supplements are a quick fix that won’t help yo ucreate long term healthy habits to keep the weight off or on. So, draw out your plan and stick too them. Drink plenty of water and see your doctor before starting any extreme activities.
