Description: On May 17th 2012 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm, Chicago Family Health Center will hold a health fair, which includes free Health screenings for Blood pressure, Glucose, Body Mass Index, Cholesterol, and HIV Screenings. Also general wellness, health resources and educational materials will be given. Women in the community will be able to explore how to begin a new journey towards health and wellness in 2012.Women will be provided many resources and materials as part of learning how to take charge of their health.You will also receive a free fitness Zumba class.

This is a public event and is open to the general public.
